They are adults who prefer low impact exercise in small friendly groups as they may have suffered orthopedic injury, near fatal accidents or physical and mental illness.
What is Pilates ?
Pilates is low impact movement for those of us who suffer from bad backs, have had other injuries or just want help with flexibility and movement overall. As well as being relaxing and rejuvenating it will help to strengthen your core and lengthen your muscles.
